From French Street West to Broadway, right off of Main Street and the I-5
This weekend free admission concert and street festival celebrates one of the most important dates on the Mexican calendar “Mexican Independence”. Top Latin and international talent perform from concert stages throughout the two days making it the largest Independence Day celebration in the United States. Fiesta goers enjoy carnivals, rides and games, kid’s zones, concert entertainment, arts and crafts, mariachi bands, and over 200 vendors.
The Sunday features the Mexican Consulate’s “Fiestas Patrias” which passes through 4th Street and later in the evening a traditional El Grito ceremony will mark the conclusion of the event, staged next to the super screen.
